Crafted Sole is an independently owned sole proprietorship operated by Rashae Turner. We offer handmade products crafted with attention to detail, quality, and workmanship.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. All products offered by Crafted Sole are handmade.

Because each item is individually crafted, slight variations in appearance, texture, or finish may naturally occur from one product to another. These variations are part of the unique character of handmade products.

Where does Crafted Sole ship?

Crafted Sole currently ships exclusively within the United States.

How long does my order take to arrive?

Our estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days, consisting of:

Handling: 1–2 business days
Transit: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

What is your order cut-off time?

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York).

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods, including major credit and debit cards.

What is your return period?

Crafted Sole offers a 90-day return period. Customers may request a return within 90 days of receiving their order, subject to our applicable return conditions.

How will I receive my refund?

Once an approved refund has been processed, the refunded amount will generally be credited to the original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
